Daycare Training
Overview:
- One day of Daycare Training includes your dog spending four hours with the trainer, at the trainer’s home, immediately followed by a one-hour private lesson in your home to cover what was trained and to assign homework
- $250 per day of Daycare Training; two days booked together is $400
- No travel fee to have the one-hour private lesson at your home within the Tri-Valley area
- Pick-up and drop-off of dog included within the Tri-Valley area
Details:
In this package your dog spends four hours with Hannah to work on basic obedience and address problem behaviors, as previously specified and agreed upon by the owner and Hannah. If in the Tri-Valley area, Hannah’s pack of three will also be available for socializing, as well as any other dogs boarding with Purple Dog Training at that time. At the end of the four hours, your dog is returned to your home for a one-hour private lesson with Hannah to cover what was worked on and what training homework will need to be continued. The private lesson immediately following the Daycare Training are crucial to ensuring that the newly learned behaviors transfer back to the dog’s home environment, and that the owner understands what has been trained and what homework will need to be continued.
One day of daycare training is $250; two days booked together is $400.
Training tools are not included in this price. There is some flexibility in the training tools used, depending on individual dogs, their temperament, and the desired results of training. These tools options include slip leads, prong collars, and remote collars.
Travel fees will apply for clients outside the Tri-Valley area.
